A Call to Arms This Thursday @ Harold’s Corral 7:55am

First course of business: this Thursday Channel 10 is coming to Harold’s with weatherman Cory Mcluskey to do a live broadcast. I am issuing to all Steelers fans a call to arms: Cory is rumored to be bringing or attempting to bring Cardinal fans to our sacred ground. This call of arms reaches out to all who bleed the Black and Gold. Come one, come all! Bring your Terrible Towels and Steelers garb to fight this so-called coup on Harold’s soil. What yinz need to do is show up at Harold’s before 8:00am on Thursday to enjoy a complimentary breakfast and show your never-wavering Steelers loyalty. Please call Harold’s at 480-488-1906 and let us know if you will be attending the Channel 10 news segment and how many are coming.

I’ve got a feeling!! I know, I know… we are already going to the Super Bowl, but I’ve got a feeling that Pittsburgh is going to WIN the Super Bowl. It is time again to show everyone why the Steelers are the most historic franchise in the NFL. It validates the greatest fans in the world: yinz guys. I am so proud to have the home of the greatest, largest, most notable Steelers fan club in the WORLD. First of all, no disrespect to any other Steelers bar – no matter how big or small, we’re all part of one big passionate never-ending love of the Pittsburgh Steelers. I will say this about Harold’s: we’re in the middle of enemy territory, in a small town Cave Creek AZ. 2500 miles from our beloved city, yet yinz guy made it happen. Make what happen you ask?

Over 3500 (and counting!) Terrible Towel-waving Steelers fan reservations for the Super Bowl Game

My national broadcast debut on ESPN 2 this past Monday with a promise to come back and talk about our victor Super Bowl party: A fan’s dream, I was on First Take, a morning show on ESPN 2, interviewed by Jay Crawford. Yoi and double yoi! I hope I did you proud, Mr. Myron Cope.

We will have at least 3 local networks broadcasting live from Harold’s on Super Bowl Sunday: ABC 15, NBC 12 and Arizona’s Channel 3.

There will be a live webcam with streaming video at Harolds all day on Sunday. Fans will be able to view Harold’s on Pittsburgh’s Post Gazette website and azcentral.com, not to mention www.haroldscorral.com.

ESPN is rumored to pull video footage and show it on their stations.

Wow, can you believe it baby? I had fans calling me from all over the country to thank me for doing Steelers Nation proud with my interview on ESPN. My response: it’s not me that makes this happen, it is our crazy Black and Gold-loving fans in Arizona making it happen! I thank yinz guys for making Harold’s a special, sacred place for Steelers fans.

The Steeler Nation is composed of many great Americans who carry the torch of freedom, and to those who havn’t served in Military service, many hardworking taxpayers and hardworking men and women who are the backbone of those who “Support the troops.” The reason the Steelers are so adored is because of these types of people. There is no other team in history that represents the hard working, middle class… people that make this country what it is, than the Pittsburgh Steelers family which comprise Steeler Nation.
I served a tour in Afghanistan and a tour in Iraq. In my two years over there whenever we had a break and could wear civilian cloths, I proudly wore my Steelers garb. When I jogged and trained in 110+ degree desert heat, I always wore a Steelers t-shirt. As a highly decorated combat vet, I was always identified as the “Steeler Sarg” when troops talked about me.
I can’t wait to get up to Harold’s and be immersed in Black and Gold. We will win and start the other hand.
Bless all the hard working Americans…this is your team. Thanks … Steeler Ron

I’m the only Steelers fan at my work and home. The day that they gave employees permission to come in wearing Cardinals grab, I proudly matched in wearing my Steelers hat. Go Steelers, ring #6 this year against the little red birdies.
?Driz, Phx, AZ. Fan for 14 years.
